Placement integrity
Sponsor is not placement
The sponsor relationship identifies the introducer. The placement relationship identifies the actual binary parent. They can be different because of spillover, but both remain visible and auditable.
Protected registration rules
- One direct left and one direct right slot per placement
- Same-leg spillover if the requested slot is occupied
- Requested placement must belong to the sponsor subtree
- Database transaction and unique constraint prevent collisions
- Genealogy and BV use the exact same placement source

Active level matching
- Matching: 100 : 100 BV = 1 point
- Point value: 60% of company turnover for the month ÷ total Active points earned company-wide (example: ₹1,000 × 60% = ₹600 ÷ 10 points = ₹60 per point)
- Capping: your package's monthly point capping, never above 100 points
- Every 2nd point is cut and its value buys BV for the next level (Arjun Silver Bonus)

Arjun matching bonus: 18 levels
Each rank level matches equal BV on your left and right legs into points, valued at 60% of the matched BV per point (₹1 per BV). Rank-level BV comes from point-cut purchases of the level below.

Income 1
Level income: 5 levels, 12% total
Paid on your sponsor (direct-referral) chain, not on binary placement, on the BV of every approved package and product purchase. Only active members receive it; an inactive upline's level is not paid and not passed upward.

Rules
How every closing works
Closing happens once a month for all 18 levels, in order, so cut BV from one level can match at the next level in the same closing.
- After each monthly closing, the BV on both legs resets to 0 at every level (no carry-forward).
- Every 2nd point (the 2nd, 4th, 6th …) is cut for the next level and not paid out; its value buys a point-cut purchase giving 100% BV (₹1 = 1 BV) in the next bonus level.
- Rank bonuses are capped at 100 points per month each.
- Every income is subject to TDS 15% and service charge 5% (20% in total); values shown are gross.
- Income depends on genuine product sales by you and your team and is not guaranteed.
