Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled while pending. Once approved and stock is posted, returns and refunds require authorized review under the final product-return policy.

Payment-gateway refunds must reconcile to the original payment and inventory movement. Payout requests are separate wallet settlements and follow the payout review process.

Return windows, reverse-logistics charges, damaged-goods evidence, and statutory consumer rights must be finalized before launch.
